Early in January 2024, while reflecting on quality foods and where to find them, I also thought about the importance of being healthy and the role that quality food plays in that valuable privilege. This inspired the desire to create a place focused on what our customers truly look for when satisfying their hunger and thirst with something sustainable.

In May 2026, the first Salad Accent location opened in Lawrence, Massachusetts. We offer handmade salads, wraps, and smoothies.
