At Salad Accent, we are committed to providing fresh, high-quality food and excellent customer service. Due to the perishable nature of our products, certain restrictions apply to refunds, returns, and exchanges. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.
Refund Policy - the basics
All food and beverage sales are generally considered final. Because our products are prepared fresh and made to order, we are unable to accept returns of food items once they have been prepared, delivered, or picked up.
However, customer satisfaction remains important to us, and we will review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis.
Eligible Refund Requests
A refund, replacement, or store credit may be considered under the following circumstances:
- You received the wrong order.
- The food received does not match the order placed.
- The order was charged incorrectly.
- The food quality was significantly below reasonable standards.
To be eligible for consideration, customers must notify Salad Accent within twenty-four (24) hours of receiving the order.
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will generally not be issued for:
- Personal taste preferences.
- Change of mind after an order has been prepared.
- Failure to pick up an order.
- Incorrect delivery information provided by the customer.
- Delays caused by weather, traffic, third-party delivery services, or circumstances beyond our control.

- Allergic reactions resulting from ingredients clearly disclosed or reasonably expected in menu items.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled only if preparation has not yet begun.
Once food preparation has started, cancellation requests may be denied and charges may still apply.
Salad Accent reserves the sole right to determine whether an order qualifies for cancellation.
Delivery Issues
If your order is delivered through a third-party service, such as DoorDash, Uber Eats, Grubhub, or similar providers, delivery-related concerns may be subject to the policies of that provider.
While we will make reasonable efforts to assist customers, Salad Accent is not responsible for delays, damages, or service failures caused by third-party delivery companies.
Delivery Issues

Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible.
Refund processing times may vary depending on your financial institution, payment processor, or card issuer. Most approved refunds are processed within five (5) to ten (10) business days.
Fraud Prevention
Salad Accent reserves the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, repetitive, or inconsistent with our records.
We may request additional information, including photographs, receipts, or order details, before approving any refund request.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, any refund issued by Salad Accent shall be limited to the purchase price paid for the affected item(s).
Under no circumstances shall Salad Accent be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from any purchase or use of our products or services.

Salad Accent reserves the right to modify this Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any updates will become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
